Installation steps

1. You must own Festival Queen Anivia. Use without that skin is not supported.
2. Download the ZIP and extract the .fantome file, or use the direct .fantome link.
3. Import it using LTK or CSLOL.
4. Disable other packages that change the same champion, then enable this package.
5. Check the base-skin requirement above and try it in Practice Tool first.
