Start with the skin details.

Each skin page lists the required base skin, file version and known issues. Make sure you own the required base skin.

Follow the file-specific instructions.

Choose Download ZIP, extract it and import the .fantome file using LTK or CSLOL. If the ZIP fails to open, use the direct .fantome link. Keep the filename and extension unchanged and disable conflicting mods for the same champion. Follow any skin-specific steps on its page.

Check compatibility after each patch.

Game updates may change compatibility. The test date and patch will only refer to the version that was actually tested.
